Not Much Going On

Hi everybody! Not much is going on here. It's too windy to go outside and play and Mom has been busy working on the computer looking for a job and working on her resume. Today she filled out an application for a job that she's pretty sure she's overqualified for but it pays what she was making at her old job which proved her feeling that she was under paid at her last job. Mom says filling out applications and working on her resume is hard because she hasn't had to do it very often. The last job she had for almost 7 years and the job before that she had for 9 years!

Mom says next time we go on a walk, she'll try to get our picture. It's been way too windy for a walk though. Mom says if we go for a walk the last 2 days we might end up at the Army of 4 Headquarters. That wouldn't be a bad thing, but not a very good way to travel.

Since we don't have any walking photos, here are some photos of us being cute. Gunnar is hiding because Mom got the vacuum out this morning so he didn't get his picture taken. I'm off to watch the weather channel now. Mom and I have a lot of flower seed to plant and the yard needs watered again, but it's too windy and cold to do either. Hopefully tomorrow the weather will be more cooperative.

Thanks for stopping by. Where do you live? If you get to the A04, we aren't that far from them, just a couple of hours.

Mom's daughter has the same problem, over qualified for jobs and they won't even consider her.

It was really windy here yesterday but we did manage to take a short walk. You can hear the wind on our blog's video tomorrow.

We are honored that you want to add us to your list. We will do the same.

Woos, the OP Pack

Hi Kaos,

Tell your Mommy to keep her chin up. My Mommy worked for Christus CBO for 38 years when St Joseph hospital got sold and everybody in the business office had to move to their corporate office. Almost 2 years ago when HPA St Joseph Hospital (formally Christus St Joseph hospital) decided to run their own business office she sent a resume to them with everything she had done at St Jiseph. Talk about having to do a resume after 38 years and it being the only job she had ever had. She was hired right out of high school and never had to do anything like that before. Well she got hired and loves it. If an old ancient lady ;ole her can do so cab your Mommy.

WE have greqat faitg in your Mommy. Give her special kisses for me.

Hi Kaos,
Our mom took out the vacumn clearer this morning too and Hershey tried to 'attack' it!! Hahhahaha... she's a silly one, isn't she. I just jumped on the couch and watch all her action in the comfort of a soft cushion.
Good luck to your mom on the job hunt. We hope her dream job lands on her lap soon!
